The application process is open to those whose work is based on textile materials, techniques, or knowledge in a wide sense. Applicants must be TSA members but anyone is welcome to join the TSA. The jurors include: Gerhardt Knodel, Matilda McQuaid, carol Shaw Sutton and Tali Weinberg.
